Dammit
Apparently, the post gets recorded as the time you start, not the time you finish.
If you look at the bottom left hand corner of your post as you are composing it, still in the draft stage, there is a little blue tag which says post options. It is right next to the labels for this post box. If you click on this, you can manipulate your date and time stamp for your posting.
